Service Fees

Service fees are per order and traveler and do not include VAT, consular fees and third-party fees.

Consular working days may vary for individual destinations

You can obtain the fees for the following services from your sales contact:

• Dispatch policy
  • EU notifications
  • A1 certificate
• Social security certificate worldwide, ex EU&EFTA&UK
• Immigration
• Workation
• US non-immigrant visas including E, L visas
• Business Traveler Compliance, etc.
  • Business establishment analysis

Payment is made by credit card or direct debit:

• Payment by credit card - credit card data is collected by the professional third-party service provider Computop and managed for the payment process. The contractor does not receive any credit card data for security reasons.

• Payment by direct debit - subject to creditworthiness - With your order you give us a direct debit authorization (= SEPA direct debit mandate). The invoice amount will be debited by us within 14 days of invoicing. Direct debits are only possible from a European bank account with SEPA procedure.

Prices for third-party services (including consular, visa application center/provider, shipping and invitation fees) may be adjusted at any time. The client will be informed of any changes.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are net prices. The prices are per traveler and per destination net plus VAT.
